About

Tracy is a long-term member of LEO and serves as the manager of the organization as well as manages the LEO financial system to provide the information needed to guide the organization in the achievement of its mission. As the manager of the Cleaner & Greener® Sustainable program, Tracy plays a key role in LEO’s Sustainable services, creating contacts and working with potential clients to establish the scope of services desired. She carries out both the analysis and the onsite contract responsibilities at events such past notable conferences as IFMA, GovEnergy, and GSA. Tracy also manages LEO’s Sustainable Native Vegetation program which is used for LEED credit. As the director of our emissions reduction grant program, she is the primary contact for this program and is our senior grant writer and administrator for the grants that LEO receives/administers. She oversees our staff as well as the sub-grant recipient following the regulations and requirements of the grants along with providing all the financial data to the relevant entities and auditors.
